are held the 2^nd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm at the HOA Clubhouse, 5275 Rimpark Lane, at the end of Appletree Lane.

The annual meeting of the Villa Monterey HOA

with election of officers is held on a Wednesday in the spring each year at the Clubhouse.
