History

Villa Monterey is a Planned-Unit Development built by Ponderosa Homes. Each of the 46 buildings have four residences. There are six different floor plans: Models A, B, C, D, E, and F. Construction began in 1973 and was completed in two Phases. Phase two was finished in 1974.

• Repainting of the units (now on a 5-year cycle)
• Refurbishing and repairing the pool
• Rebuilding the jacuzzi plumbing (1998)
• Re-roofing the units (summer/fall, 1996)
• Installation of new garage doors (spring, 1998)
• Fence replacement (2002-2003)
