Facilities

Villa Monterey HOA has a clubhouse, pool, and jacuzzi, located at 5275 Rimpark Lane, at the end of Appletree Lane. The larger Villa Monterey COA has tennis courts, two pools, jacuzzis and clubhouses, and an RV storage area. There is guest parking throughout the development. A private security service patrols the area.

A reciprocity agreement gives HOA and COA members use of each other's facilities.

Clubhouse

HOA Members may rent the clubhouse for private events. Call the clubhouse coordinator to inquire and reserve the clubhouse. Refer to the top section of the Newsletter sent with the most recently mailed HOA statement for a phone number. You will receive an agreement for clubhouse use.

Pool & Jacuzzi

Pool and Jacuzzi hours are 8am to 10pm. A pool monitor is on duty weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Parking

Guest parking spaces throughout the complex are marked as such. Members use their garages or street parking for their own cars.

Guests may park in marked parking without permit for two nights in any seven-day period. Guests parking in marked parking places for a longer period are required to have a permit displayed in the window of their car. HOA members may obtain a parking permit for their guest from the management company.
