BOD Minutes

This page has links to the agenda for the next Villa Monterey HOA Board of Directors monthly meeting and to summaries of minutes of the past meetings. Minutes are posted only after they've been approved the following month, so you'll not see them here until the after the meeting of the following month. Minutes have been edited to respect homeowners' privacy. Blocks of removed text have been replaced by "[]".

Agenda:

As a meeting date approaches, the most recent link will point to the Agenda for the upcoming BOD meeting. The agenda is usually available a few days before the meeting. After minutes of a meeting are apporved (the following month), a summary of the minutes will replace the agenda.
