Meeting Minutes: Move, second, unanimously approve the August 8, 2007 Regular & Executive Session Meeting Minutes with one correction being noted on the Executive Session Meeting Minutes.

Financials: Move, second, unanimously approve the August 2007 Financials subject to year-end audit.

Delinquency list: No action was required by the board at this time.

Homeowner Correspondence: [] Pine Knoll Lane - Move, second, unanimously decline the reimbursement request for termite repairs.

Insurance: Earthquake Insurance Proposals - The Board reviewed the Earthquake Insurance Proposals, and decided to defer them at this time.

2007-2008 Insurance Proposals - The Board reviewed the 2007-2008 Insurance Proposals, and decided to defer them at this time.

Landscape: Move, second, unanimously decline the WestStar Landscape proposal in the amount of $575.00 for the removal of a large Pine tree along the canyon pathway.

Move, second, unanimously approve the One Tripp Tree Service proposal in the amount of $6,253.00 for some tree work around Community.

Maintenance: [] Edge Park Way - Move, second, unanimously approve the Dewey Pest Control termite report in the amount of $350.00 for termite treatment.

New Business: Move, second, unanimously approve a $20.00 (per unit/per month) increase in the HOA dues for 2008. This increase would make the HOA $240.00 (per unit/per month) starting January 1, 2008.

Move, second, unanimously approve to install motion sensor lights in the restrooms.

Move, second, unanimously approve to clean the Clubhouse's carpet.
